Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the Laki 101 platform — including the website at laki101.org and any associated mobile application — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse without registering. If you register an account, you additionally agree to any product-specific rules, bonus terms and platform policies that are communicated to you during or after registration.

These terms are written in English as used in Pakistan (en-PK) and are intended for Pakistani users. If you access the platform from outside Pakistan, you do so at your own discretion and are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with any laws applicable in your location.

Eligibility

To create and use a Laki 101 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by Laki 101 at the time of registration.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be using a VPN, proxy or other technical means to mask your true location for the purpose of circumventing any access restrictions.

Laki 101 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension.

Account Registration

When registering an account with Laki 101, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process.

You are permitted to hold one account only. If you already have a Laki 101 account, you must not create a second one. Duplicate accounts will be identified and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes:

• Keeping your password and login details confidential and secure.
• Logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying Laki 101 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensuring that no other person uses your account, including family members.

Laki 101 will not be held liable for losses that result from your failure to keep account credentials secure, provided that we have acted in good faith on instructions received through your account login.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits at Laki 101 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and supported mobile wallets.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited belong to you and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• The payment method being used is registered in your own name.
• You are not depositing on behalf of a third party.
• You accept that minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

Deposits are typically credited to your Laki 101 account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used and any verification steps required. Laki 101 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. All withdrawals are paid out in PKR.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account identity verification must be complete and approved.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be fully met.
• Your withdrawal request must meet the minimum withdrawal amount displayed on the withdrawal page.
• There must be no pending fraud investigation or compliance review on your account.

Laki 101 aims to process approved withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals, which may take additional business days to clear.

Laki 101 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This is for the protection of the account holder and forms part of our standard compliance procedures.

Bonuses & Promotions

Laki 101 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and seasonal cricket and PSL-themed promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point of offer.

General bonus conditions that apply across all Laki 101 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only. Use of bonuses in a way that Laki 101 determines to be exploitative or in bad faith — including systematic low-risk wagering to extract bonus value — may result in cancellation of the bonus and review of the account.
• Laki 101 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• All bonus offers are available to players who have not previously self-excluded or had a deposit limit set at a level that prevents participation.

VIP programme rewards and tier-specific bonuses are governed by the VIP programme terms available on the VIP page. These may differ from standard promotional terms in respect of wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on Laki 101 sports betting markets and all gaming activity in the casino section are subject to the platform's betting and gaming rules. By placing a bet or starting a game, you accept the rules that govern that activity.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Laki 101 does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been accepted, except in circumstances where a market is void in accordance with the applicable sport's rules.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or live betting session, Laki 101's decision on the outcome of any affected round or bet is final.
• Laki 101 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error — for example, where a technical fault caused incorrect odds to be published.
• Live cricket, PSL, football and esports betting markets are subject to real-time suspension and settlement based on official match results. Any disputes regarding settlement must be raised with support within 30 days of the event.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Bets exceeding these limits will not be accepted.
• Winnings from casino games are determined by the random number generator (RNG) outcomes built into each game. Laki 101 does not influence game outcomes.

Fair Use Policy

Laki 101 is an entertainment platform for genuine players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, unauthorised card use or any other unlawful means.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or interfere with any part of the platform's software or systems.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to obscure the origin of funds.

Laki 101 employs monitoring tools to detect unusual account activity and patterns that suggest policy violations. Where a violation is confirmed, the platform will take appropriate action, which may include the permanent closure of the account and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Responsible Gaming

Account Termination

You may close your Laki 101 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements should be noted as bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your last used payment method after standard verification procedures.

Laki 101 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified or is strongly suspected.
• Identity or age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected.
• An account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our dormant account policy.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the player's wellbeing, in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

Where an account is closed by Laki 101 due to a confirmed policy violation, any balance in the account may be forfeited in full. We will communicate the reason for closure to the account holder where we are legally permitted to do so.

Limitation of Liability

Laki 101 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties — expressed or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation or fitness for any particular purpose. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee that the service will be free from downtime, technical errors or data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laki 101 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from use of the platform.
• Losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including payment provider outages, telecommunications failures or force majeure events.
• Any actions taken in good faith based on information provided through your account login, where you failed to keep your credentials secure.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Changes to Terms

Laki 101 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details associated with their account.

Your continued use of the Laki 101 platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
